Nick & Erica - this was a really helpful and appreciated read. While I’m trying to get going from a standing start personally, I realized I was the passenger in my b2b career for 20 years and that’s why I burned out the way I did. So, fwiw there are multiple applications to the concept:)
Great exercise for everyone if if they earn much lower or higher than these numbers. It's crazy how you can carry the same thinking patterns even at scale.
