#20 No one goes alone

With Anthony Pierri and Robert Kaminski of FletchPMM

Today, we jam with Anthony Pierri and Robert Kaminski, Co-Founders of FletchPMM, about how they’ve built their business to $1M+ in revenue and all the little decisions along the way.

They’re passionate that their co-founder partnership lets them move faster, test ideas more rigorously, and avoid the blind spots that trip up most solo consultants.

Case in point: When Anthony thinks he's "effing killing it" in a workshop, Rob's there sending black box emojis to him in Slack to signal it's not landing. That feedback loop is gold. (Also, the way they tell this story is hilarious.)

Besides making fun of each other, Rob and Anthony got serious about their POV on how to generate business. There are only three ways to build pipeline: content, networking, and cold outbound.

“You have to pick one and commit. Not dabble in all three when you feel like it.”

The people who try to hedge their bets across all three channels usually end up terrible at all of them. Meanwhile, the people who go deep on one channel build thriving businesses.

Later in the episode, you'll hear us unpack why most solopreneurs hit a wall when they try to scale their operations, and how Rob and Anthony cracked the code on running hundreds of positioning sprints without burning out.

We also get into their content philosophy. How they use LinkedIn as a "test bed" where the bar for posting is intentionally low, and how every piece of content becomes part of their internal toolkit for client work.

This is a special one because Rob and Anthony are legends, so we hope you enjoy.

Cheers,
Nick & Erica
